Return Policy

Original Artwork: Returns are accepted within 14 days if the artwork is found to be damaged. Otherwise, no returns are accepted for original artwork. Please contact us at store@boweryprinces.com to initiate an artwork return. 

Retail Products: Returns are accepted up to 14 days for products in their original condition unless the product is damaged or altered. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Retail products can also be returned if they have a manufacturing issue for up to 30 days. Please contact us at store@boweryprinces.com if there is a manufacturing issue. 

Custom or Commissioned Art: Custom or commissioned art is non-returnable due to its personalized nature.
